Benefiting Lily’s Angels & Down Syndrome Awareness Foundation
Give 15 minutes a week for 4 weeks to help raise funds and awareness for children with Down syndrome in Puerto Rico. Bring your team together, get creative, and make room for everyone.
Each week will have an exercise prompt inspired by an exercise done by students with Down Syndrome. Then, you make it your own! For example, instead of doing chair supported squats, your team could see who on the team can do the most squats while balancing a cup of water on their head.
When the campaign begins, watch a weekly prompt inspired by an exercise with students with Down syndrome.
Put your own spin on the challenge and film a short response. Include a way for everyone to participate.
Post your Instagram Story with #SomosParteWeBelong. Once reporting opens, log your challenge and Story views in the portal.
